As we grow, we are investing in a more scalable development structure, including a new senior full-stack developer who can grow into a future Tech Lead role.
Role overview
You will be hands-on across the full-stack (Angular + .NET), owning complex features and gradually becoming a go-to technical authority. You will be instrumental in understanding our domain and codebase and in preparing for the formation of a second development team where you will take on the Tech Lead role.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare to lead a new team technically within 6–12 months
- Work across front- and back-end (Angular, C# .NET, SQL)
- Dive deep into domain logic and existing systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Drive peer code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
- Partner with Product, QA, and UX to ship valuable features fast
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Angular and C# .NET (Web API)
- Strong grasp of software architecture and design principles
- Experience maintaining and extending complex applications
- Effective communicator, mentor and team collaborator
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Nx, domain-driven design or CQRS patterns
- Previous team lead or mentoring experience
